Mudelauto.ee terms and conditions apply equally to all customers.
Relations between the representative of Mudelauto.ee, Matu Lastekaubad OÜ, and the purchasing customer are governed by the general terms and conditions drawn up by Matu Lastekaubad OÜ and the legislation established by the Republic of Estonia.

Terms and conditions of order
1.The order shall be made between the person making the purchase from the Mudelauto.ee online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and Matu Lastekaubad OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the representative of Mudelauto.ee.
The placing of the order is equivalent to the conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
It is possible to come to our warehouse at Roosi 14 to get acquainted with the products in stock and to make an on-the-spot purchase. To do so, we kindly ask you to inform us of your wish at info@matulastekaubad.ee. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
1.1 Placing an order
The buyer places the order electronically by adding the product to the virtual shopping cart.
The order is placed as soon as the Buyer clicks on the "Place Order" link and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller shall send the Buyer an invoice for the completed order by e-mail. Invoices and orders are also visible to the Customer in the customer environment of mattulastekaubad.ee, if the Customer is logged in with his username and password.
When filling in the order, we advise you to be attentive in order to avoid inaccuracies in the data and quantities of the products ordered. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of his/her order form.
1.2 Entry into force of the order
The order shall enter into force as soon as the invoiced amount has been credited to the bank account of Matu Lastekaubad OÜ.

The prices of the products sold on the website of Matu Lastekaubad OÜ are in Euro. All prices include 20% VAT.
If the Buyer makes a purchase and the amount of the shopping cart is less than 49 Euro, a delivery charge of 7,20 Euro will be added to the price, or a parcel service charge according to the size of the parcel. For orders over 49 Euro, delivery to the parcel machine is free of charge!
If the product is large and does not fit in the parcel machine, the only way of transport is by courier.
If the total amount of the shopping cart is 95 Euro or more, the delivery is free of charge all over Estonia!
If the order amount without shipping is less than 5.99€, a small order management fee of 1.49€ will be added to cover the costs of warehouse processes and order preparation.

The purchaser pays for the products according to the invoice sent by Matu Lastekaubad OÜ by bank transfer or bank link. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and the invoice if the Buyer has not paid the invoice within 5 (five) calendar days at the latest.
The Buyer shall pay for the Products to the bank account of Matu Lastekaubad OÜ indicated on the invoice.
4. The delivery of goods and delivery time for goods in stock is a maximum of 4 working days (in general, the goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days).
The delivery time shall be counted from the moment the contract enters into force, clause 1.2.
The ordered goods will be delivered by courier, SmartPOST or Omniva.
Products on back-order are in the supplier's warehouse and have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. In the case of a product on back order, the order will be dispatched when all products have arrived.
The courier will call you and inform you of the arrival of the package. In case of incorrectly and not clearly indicated destination address, the Buyer is responsible for the delay of the goods.
The products will be handed over to the Buyer together with a delivery note, which the Buyer is obliged to sign.
We advise the Buyer to check the packaging and quantities of the products before signing. If the packaging or the product is damaged during transport, it will be returned and replaced by a new, whole and undamaged product. Subsequent claims regarding the packaging and the quantity of the products will not be accepted. When ordering with SmartPOST, you can check on the SmartPOST website when the parcel will reach you, depending on the destination you have chosen.
5. Return of products and cancellation of order
The Buyer has the right to exchange the received goods for another product of the same price value or, in case of unsuitability, to return the goods within 14 days. The Buyer shall return the goods by informing the Seller in advance.
The packaging of the returned goods and the goods must not be damaged in any way. It is not possible to return goods in damaged packaging or damaged goods.
The notification must state the invoice number, the name of the Buyer, the account number and the reason for returning the goods.
If the returned product is damaged and the cause of the damage is not attributable to Matu Lastekaubad OÜ, and if the product has been used improperly by the Buyer, Matu Lastekaubad OÜ has the right to set off the loss of the goods.
If the Buyer does not accept the amount set off, the Buyer has the right to request an independent expert to determine the loss in value of the goods. The costs of the independent expert shall be borne by the party whose opinion has proved to be unfounded.
In the case of a consumer sale, the seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract if the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. In the case of consumer sales, the lack of conformity which became apparent within six months of the date of delivery to the buyer is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack.
In addition to the consumer's statutory rights, the products are also covered by the manufacturer's (importer's) guarantee.
The conditions for the use of the guarantee are attached to each product when it is covered by the guarantee.
The manufacturer is not liable for :
a.) The warranty does not cover.
b.) Damage/defects caused by improper use of the product.
c.) Damage/defects caused by failure to carry out the maintenance indicated in the instructions for use of the products.

In the event of non-conformity or defect of the Product, the Buyer has the right to request the replacement of the Product with a conforming and non-defective Product or to cancel the order and return the Product. The transport costs for the return of the product shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall be credited the amount paid for the returned goods, excluding the transport costs, to the Buyer's bank account within 7 working days from the day of return of the goods (the money shall be returned to the same bank account from which the payment was made).
If the Buyer discovers that the product is not suitable, he/she is obliged to notify the Seller immediately. If the Buyer has continued to use the product after the defect has become apparent, the Buyer's claims will not be accepted.
7. Confidentiality of the Customer and other conditions
The Seller is not entitled to disseminate the Buyer's data.
The Seller shall not disclose the Buyer's details to any other person and the Buyer shall have the right to request the deletion of his details from the Seller's database.
8. Other terms and conditions:
In addition to the terms and conditions drawn up by Matu Lastekaubad OÜ, both parties, the Buyer and the Seller, are protected by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Both the Buyer and the Seller shall be protected by the Estonian Consumer Protection Board.
Matu Lastekaubad OÜ shall resolve any misunderstandings with its customers amicably and through negotiations. However, if the parties cannot find a suitable solution, both parties have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board or the Harju County Court.
